It has been wonderful having you stay with us again and we look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back in the near future for another enjoyable stay at the Hotel Muse.Since opening in September, it has quickly become part of Bangkok life, helped in no small way by its excellent location in the embassy district of Langsuan, ideal for those doing business there and close to the Chidlom BTS station on Ploenchit Road and the upmarket Central shopping plaza. However it is regretful to know toilet is not up to standard and we are very sorry for the shortfalls you experienced, we will be making the necessary changes for improvements in the future. Your feedback will mean so much to all the team and motivate us further to ensure we always go that extra mile to ensure our guest feel well cared for whilst staying with us and thank you for highlighting some of the areas you felt we can make some improvements. We are pleased to hear you generally had a pleasant stay, on a positive note thank you for recognizing the comfortable room and restaurant. I would still recommend this hotel especially for its decor and feel.ĭear reubstery, Thank you for choosing Hotel Muse Bangkok and we really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us on your recent stay and your comments are very important for the team to hear. It's one of those where the sweet spot is really hard to get. The toilet lacked a bidet which to me is rather standard issue and the shower took several minutes to warm up and was hard to tweak the temperature. A few things prevented me from giving it a full 5 stars. While I understand it's not his job as he is there to seat guests, the snappy attitude surprised me a bit. Breakfast also had a decent spread and hit the spot though the guy with the black jacket (also referred to in Rey0739's review) was a bit snappy (though could see him trying to hold it back) when I asked for attention as there was no one attending to me for a bit. The staff were prompt and attentive and the French restaurant in the basement served good food in a nice environment. I stayed in the duplex unit which they upgraded me to which was very cosy and spacious. The rooms were gorgeous and while you can see a little of its age, it was well maintained. Car park was free and painless for guests. Hotel Muse is located right in the heart of Bangkok and is a short walk 6 minute away from the Central Embassy mall and also near the BTS. I wouldn’t even rate this hotel 1 star disgusting pathetic and disgraceful my worst stay in a hotel EVER. The pillows Yuch full of lumps probably as old as the hotel is changed them few times all were lumpy and horrendous. My suite was beyond filthy and even though I had sadly paid upfront for 5 nights wanted to move out. Checking in they decided the terrace suite which I had already checked in online was unavailable!!! And downgraded me to a suite which was outdated falling apart and horrible when I went online again it showed the terrace suite AVAILABLE!!!!!!! Anyways next morning they finally moved me to the terrace suite and trust me it’s the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in the terrace was stinking full of centipedes and disgusting like throwing up disgusting the breakfast was pathetic and the room and furniture was falling apart the staff were decent guess their hands are tied down if owners don’t want to upgrade. To start off with had stayed here few times many many years ago and decided to stay again it was the most disgusting and horrible stay in a hotel EVER.
